This policy explains which personal data Flex25 B.V. collects through this website, why we collect it, how long we keep it and what rights you have. It covers the website only. Our products Thula and Klear are covered by separate agreements with our customers.
Who we are
Flex25 B.V. is the controller for the personal data described in this policy. This means we decide why and how your data is processed.

What data we collect
When you contact us
When you use the contact form or email us, we receive the details you give us: your name, email address, company name and phone number (both optional), the topic you select and your message. We also record that you agreed to our processing your details.
When you visit the website
If you accept analytics cookies, Google Analytics collects information about your visit, such as the pages you view, how long you stay, the website that referred you, your browser and device type, and an approximate location based on a shortened IP address. We do not use this to identify you personally.
Why we use your data
We only use your data for the purposes below, each with a legal basis under the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).

We do not sell your data and we do not use it for automated decision-making or profiling.
How long we keep it
- Contact form messages and related emails: 12 months after our last contact with you.
- Analytics data: up to 14 months, after which Google deletes it.
- If you become a customer, we keep administrative records for 7 years, as required by Dutch tax law.
Who we share it with
We use a small number of service providers who process data on our behalf. We have agreements with them that require them to protect your data and only use it on our instructions.
- Google Analytics (Google Ireland Ltd.) for website statistics, only with your consent.
- Our email provider for receiving and answering messages.
We only share data with other parties when the law requires it.
Transfers outside the EU
Google may process data in the United States. Google participates in the EU–US Data Privacy Framework, and transfers are also covered by the European Commission's standard contractual clauses.
Cookies
We use a limited number of cookies and similar technologies. Analytics cookies are only placed after you give consent. You can change your choice at any time through Cookie settings in the footer.

Your rights
Under the GDPR you have the right to:
- access the personal data we hold about you;
- have incorrect data corrected;
- have your data deleted;
- restrict or object to how we use your data;
- receive your data in a portable format;
- withdraw your consent at any time, without affecting processing that took place before.
Email hello@flex25.nl to use any of these rights. We may ask you to confirm your identity and will respond within one month.
If you are not satisfied with how we handle your data, you can file a complaint with the Dutch Data Protection Authority (Autoriteit Persoonsgegevens).
Security
We take appropriate technical and organisational measures to protect your data against loss and unauthorised access, including encrypted connections (HTTPS) and restricted access to the systems that hold your data.
Children
This website is not intended for children under 16. We do not knowingly collect data from them.
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy when our website or the law changes. The date at the top shows when it was last changed.
