Flex25 builds software through collaboration. We combine platform development with domain knowledge from partners who know their sector from the inside. Martin keeps the engine running at Flex25. With a sharp eye for process and people, he makes sure every product team has the room and the rhythm to do work they are proud of. He builds the conditions where good work becomes the standard, not the exception.
Jan brings years of experience guiding organizations through complex, regulated environments via TallKing Results. Especially in healthcare and services, he saw how systems multiplied while the undercurrent in organizations (workload, change readiness, trust and ownership) received too little attention.
Ronelle is a founder and CEO with 26 years leading a technology company. She has spent two decades building products, leading teams, and shaping how organisations adopt technology that works. At Flex25, she brings that full perspective to every decision — from the first idea to software that earns its place in daily work.
Ruben brings deep international product and technology experience from UIPlay, where large-scale platforms are built for organizations that operate 24/7, across countries and cultures. One lesson has always been clear: technology only works if people recognise themselves in it and want to work with it.
